Crystal Ridge is in the heart of Tukwila across from Southcenter Mall and next to Tukwila City Hall in a beautiful, wooded hillside location.

We have 8 buildings plus detached garages for a total of 72 units set on either side of Sunwood Blvd with a surrounding greenbelt and mature landscaping.

Each unit comes with a detached garage with community reserved and guest parking. Visitor Parking is limited, and long-term visitor parking requires a Guest Parking Permit.

Our Cabana features a gym, kitchen, recreation room, and free Wi-Fi. The Cabana can be reserved for larger events and parties.
